Please be advised of our cancellation policy.

Similar to a fine hotel, spa rooms are reserved especially for you. Therefore, spa packages and multiple services must be guaranteed with a credit card or pre-payment. If a full 24-hour notice is not given, 50% of the service will be applied to your credit card. A comparable amount will be deducted from gift certificates. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of this policy.
